Formación

• Habilidades avanzadas de gestión de proyectos con al menos 5 años de experiencia.
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.

Job Description

Plan and administrate the business strategic projects and activities, assigned to the different departments by the commercial vice president, maintaining a close relationship with the executives of all areas.

1. Support the management team to develop and execute the business unit strategy.
2. Drive/Participate cross-functional teams within practice and across organization as part of the key strategic initiatives.
3. Support with business-related reports (Financial, Business etc.) by working with commercial function.
4. Improve management tracking and reporting with digitalization.
5. Ensure yearly calendar is published and executed as planned (Business review, Goal definition, deployment, Quality, HR related etc.) - run monthly status review along with department managers and commercial functions.
6. Plan and orchestrate meetings/workshops among management team and drive the outcomes.
7. Manage practice initiatives with different teams (e.g., communication desk, tracking SO strategic tasks, HR interventions etc.).
8. Develop reports and market analysis for relevant service lines, provide strategic inputs to managers.
9. Strategize and manage resource management topics as per PUL and targets.
10. Support in preparation data for decision making (Future proofing, Scenario planning, trend analysis, talent pool).
11. Plan and organize practice-wide new initiatives to foster collaboration, business development and innovation.
12. Plan and coordinate agenda for senior management visits.
13. Meeting Protocol preparations and circulation for key strategic meetings.
14. Tracking of Open Points to Closure from Management meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (presentation experience) and ability to work well across functional disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong time-management, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficient with developing and maintaining strong networks.
• High level of self-motivation, a passion for change and drive for success.
• Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. May orient, train, assign and check the work of other employees.
• Project Management advanced skills and experience of at least 5 years.
