A leading consulting firm in Mexico is seeking experienced Project Managers to join their Program, Project & Service Management team. You will be responsible for implementing project plans, facilitating team communication, and managing risk strategies in collaboration with a major bank's transformation. Expertise in Program Project Management and Agile methodologies is required.

Formación

• Expert proficiency in Program Project Management required.
• Advanced proficiency in Risk Management recommended.
• Experience with technological implementations using Agile and/or hybrid models.

We are seeking a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in one of the largest banks in Mexico . Our client is seeking to transform their technological platforms and they are looking for experienced PMs to manage and coordinate their projects.

• Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements :

• Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Risk Management is recommended.
• Experience with technological implementations using Agile and / or hybrid models
• Knowledge using the methodology SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle)
• Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Scope Management, and Project
• Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is suggested.
