Descripción del empleo

Our client is an international industrial group specialized in the development and implementation of mobile autonomous robotic solutions (AGV/AMR) for internal logistics in industrial environments. The company supports leading manufacturers in automating and optimizing their intralogistics and material handling flows.

As part of its growth in the Americas, the company is seeking its future Project Manager to oversee the execution of automation projects in Mexico, working closely with the European headquarters and local teams.

The position is based in Puebla, with regular interaction with international stakeholders.

Missions

Reporting to the Country Manager in Mexico and in coordination with the technical team in Europe, you manage automation projects from the commercial handover through final installation and customer acceptance.

You define the project scope, lead kickoff meetings with clients, and coordinate internal purchases, production timelines, and logistics. You ensure the synchronization of equipment deliveries, technician deployment, and onsite execution.

You are responsible for meeting deadlines, controlling budgets, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the process. You finalize administrative and technical close-out, ensuring full customer satisfaction and project sign-off.

You work on multiple projects in parallel, typically managing 5 to 6 projects simultaneously, each with an average duration of 4 to 6 months.

Profile

You have a degree in engineering (industrial, automation, processes, or related fields) and at least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an industrial environment. You are fully autonomous in coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and resources.

You are familiar with project management tools and have experience with international coordination. Certifications such as PMI, IPMA, or similar are a plus.

You speak English fluently (minimum B2) to communicate with international teams and clients. You are recognized for your organizational skills, clear communication, and ability to manage technical and budgetary aspects in parallel.

You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and thrive in non-hierarchical, collaborative environments. You take ownership of your work and ensure delivery quality.

You are based in Puebla or open to relocation.

Why join our client?
