What you’ll do?

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle management, access control models, authentication methods, and authorization policies.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies like Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.
• Experience managing complex IT projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams, especially during M&A activities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security regulations and best practices for data protection and access control.
• Understanding security principles like least privilege, segregation of duties, and role-based access control.
• Experience leading IAM projects during M&A, ensuring smooth system integration across organizations.
• Understanding challenges in IAM during M&A, such as access model reconciliation, user data migration, and security risk mitigation.

What You’ll Bring

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and identify risks.
• IAM Design and Implementation: Define IAM architecture, including user provisioning, access control, SSO, and PAM strategies; select and implement suitable tools.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with standards like GDPR, HIPAA, SOX; conduct risk assessments and audits.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project updates and facilitate collaboration across departments.
• M&A Integration: Lead IAM projects during mergers/acquisitions, ensuring seamless system integration and addressing related challenges.
