Azure Tech Project Manager

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico

Contract: 12 months+ with possible extension

Responsibilities

• Manage projects including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution and delivery across multiple clients.
• Understand ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application lifecycle management, and operational health management.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and Jira tool effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict management skills.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and client management.

Requirements

• Drive project management activities in Azure Cloud Services (ADF, Azure Databricks, PySpark, ADLS Gen2).
• Strong understanding of Azure Services process execution, from data acquisition to visualization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and data visualization tools.
• Assist team members with technical issues.
• Be a quick learner and open to learning new functionalities.
