As a Project Manager, you will lead key migration projects, ensuring alignment and efficiency throughout all phases. You will utilize JIRA and Confluence to streamline processes and improve team performance. Your role is crucial for enhancing project delivery frameworks and maintaining consistency across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end migration projects, ensuring timely delivery of all project components.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans using JIRA and Confluence.
• Coordinate communication among teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks following best practices.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile practices within project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, especially in IT migrations.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project documentation.
• Successful track record of managing projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or similar.
• Experience in transforming legacy systems during migrations.
