A leading company in HVAC manufacturing is seeking a qualified individual to supervise the manufacturing processes, ensuring conformity with budget and technical standards. This role requires a strong background in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, coupled with proficiency in English and project management skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields.
• Bilingual or advanced proficiency in English required.
• Knowledge in Manufacturing Systems, New Product Development, and Process Reengineering.

Descripción del empleo

Supervise the processes for the manufacturing of HVAC equipment, aligned with customer requirements and manufacturing standards, ensuring adherence to the planned budget, timelines, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting Manufacturing and Production teams with clarifications regarding submittals, mechanical drawings, cut sheets, and BOMs during design and construction phases.
2. Defining process sequences, overseeing performance, and monitoring tests within the Control/Refrigeration Department.
3. Following up on test reports related to air conditioning units (leakage, sound, airflow, deflection) produced by Engineering, to include results in the submittal documentation.
4. Integrating BOMs provided by Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, and Controls departments.
5. Analyzing and reporting material status to the master scheduler before assembly or construction begins.
6. Reviewing material status during assembly or construction to ensure the availability of necessary materials for manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• Education: Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge in Manufacturing Systems, New Product Development, and Process Reengineering.
• Bilingual or advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Project Management, HVAC equipment, and AutoCAD.
