What you can look forward to as Project Manager

• Overall management and coordination of projects, leading the project core team within a matrix organization.
• Responsible for Project WBS, Detailed Project Schedule, Customer Interface, Project Risk, Opportunity and Improvement Management, Project Launch, Contractual Obligation Management, Budget allocation, and monitoring.
• Leading multi-functional business project teams using a company-specific product launch process (GDPEP).
• Providing effective communication on all aspects of the project to internal stakeholders, including ZF senior management.
• Acting as the main interface to internal and external stakeholders for all aspects of the project.
• Ensuring project profitability and managing the Business Case and project budget.
• Conducting project meetings and management gate reviews.
• Analyzing potential risks and defining risk reduction and mitigation plans.
  

Your Profile as Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or Business Management.
• 5 years of Project Management experience in an automotive business-related environment.
• Project Management and Technical understanding with clear business acumen.
• Market knowledge on customer and competitors’ trends and actions.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence in a matrix management environment.
• Excellent communication skills (presentation and negotiation) and team working skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in engineering, Technology, or Business Management; PMP certification.
