Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for strategic interface between customers, GAMs, and the site, driving cross-functional activities to meet program and operational goals. Leads initiatives to improve operational performance, ensuring quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Strong focus on execution and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between the customer, Global Account Managers (GAMs), and the site operations team to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet operational and customer objectives, ensuring timely execution and resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance, focusing on key metrics related to quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Participate in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings between different teams to ensure alignment.
  • Present project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Prepare reports or presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across SMT (Surface Mount Technology), PCBA, and box build processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in program or project management within electronic manufacturing environments.
  • Strong operational knowledge of SMT, PCBA assembly, and box build integration processes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with customers, GAMs, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and operational performance metrics.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-mix/low-volume production settings.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
