A leading electronic components manufacturer is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development of new projects. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of project management experience, strong knowledge of mechanical design and electrical principles, and is fluent in English. Responsibilities include managing project phases, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About the job:

• Manage the development of the new projects following the 5 Phase development process.
• Provide ECP after received NPP, and arrange PPA review.
• Arrange P1-P5 phase internal and sign off review, make sure P2 and P4 on time.
• Delivery each phase deliverable before phase review.
• Take actions to make sure each phase KPIs are met.
• Be the contact point for Product Management Team, cross functional team and external customers
• Monitor and control the compliance to required KPI (time, cost, quality) as well the risks of assigned projects and create project reporting to the management team.
• Devise preventative and corrective action plans in cooperation with other team members, where necessary, including acting as a first point of escalation for Management.
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.

About you

• Bachelor/PMP certification better to have
• Good at projects management, at least 5 years project manage experience 善于项 目管理, 至少5年项目管理相关工作经验
• Know mechanics design, Materials & Electricity rules 了解机械设计，材料和电子原理
• Fluency English language, can hold meeting with foreign colleagues and customers 英语流利, 能主持与国外同事和客户的会议。
