As a Project Manager, the focus is on integrating operational applications with customer-facing applications..

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business strategy and high priority goals, so you understand the ‘big picture” and purpose of a project.
  • Engage with appropriate stakeholders to facilitate agreement on objectives and success measures, manage issue tracking and resolution, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Support delivery team with navigating ambiguity when transitioning from project assessment to early initiation.
  • Define realistic project plans with input from Dev and BA project leads, ensuring a mutual understanding of delivery commitments and opportunities for enhancements.
  • Track key milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Proposes recommendations and adjustments to plans as required.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders, steering committees, and leadership on different aspects of assigned initiatives to facilitate decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and use that knowledge to drive effective prioritization of scope and backlogs.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, including RFQs, contract negotiations, invoice payment and tracking.
  • Facilitate sprint and project retrospectives, integrating feedback into the team’s ways of working and delivery commitments.
  • Share feedback from stakeholders with the team, helping them to understand the positive impact of their collective contributions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of substantial project management experience.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Ability to work independently .
  • Team leadership (Ensuring that deliverables meet expectations) .
  • Must have experience in system integration and application development using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
