Play your part in our team success. The Project Manager (PM) works within the Operational Strategy organization; this position will lead projects that shape the future of our production setup. From developing concepts and revising manufacturing shopfloor layouts, to implementing new machines and equipment, to optimizing existing processes, your work will directly improve capacity, efficiency, and reliability across our operations. As a PM you’ll collaborate with cross-functional and international partners, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the right quality standards.

Core Responsibilities
  • Put Safety first by setting clear standards, performing observations, and ensuring timely follow-up on incidents.
  • Engage with your stakeholders, help build the right capabilities needed to ensure the overall success of a project, foster a strong hands-on culture, and maintain high team motivation.
  • Lead by presence on the shopfloor, supporting teams directly, implementing standards, and applying Practical Problem Solving (PPS).
  • Strengthen Quality by securing First Time Through (FTT), minimizing rework, and maintaining stable processes.
  • Ensure Delivery performance through effective task scheduling and on-time milestone delivery.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) by embedding Lean practices, visual management, and structured escalation.
  • Oversee equipment reliability and stable operations through following up the KPIs defined to achieve the project’s success criteria.
Do you have what it takes?
  • Proven experience leading projects in industrial or manufacturing areas.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience is needed.
  • Experience with multinational companies or working with international teams; proven English language dominance is a must.
  • Machine safety knowledge as well as hands-on knowledge on mechanics, pneumatic, electricity and electronics.
  • Ability to read and interpret industrial drawings, plus familiarity with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and familiarity with S&OP processes (Sales & Operations Planning).
  • Experience applying Lean principles and quality tools to improve performance, including Problem Solving methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish, verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas.
