About the role:
OLIVER is hiring a Project Manager to join the team. We’re expanding our scope of work and building a new team that partners with OLIVER teams around the globe, serving our client with efficient, effective creative. Those with creative-agency experience managing big-brand and/or B2B relationships will have an edge.
The Project Manager is responsible for guiding content adaptation and localization processes for integrated global campaigns, and working alongside our account and creatives to drive a project from brief to delivery. They work with the clients and team to schedule projects and resources and help source the right talents, both internally and externally, to fulfill projects to the highest standards. They have a good understanding of digital disciplines and are confident working in agency teams, as well as coordinating with peers on other regions’ teams serving the same client organization to help ensure consistency of planning, process, and output. They create timing plans and budgets within our time and tracking system, assume responsibility for the review and approval process of creative output and ensure the projects they own run on time and on budget.
Most importantly, this role requires a courteous, positive, and high-energy individual with great people skills. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it.
