Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4–5 years experience in the material handling industry or related.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• PM background and ability to lead teams are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project required.
• English language skills (verbal and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineering projects with integrated plans, budgets and tools.
• Direct project team and assign responsibilities.
• Maintain triple constraint: scope, schedule, budget.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead weekly meetings with internal teams and vendors.
• Forecast profitability and ensure timely invoicing.
