Location: Remote with 2 days a month onsite at Cuernavaca site

Rate: 67,000 - 95,000 pesos/month (this is a consulting role; benefits are not included)

MUST HAVES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones and cultures (preferred)
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong skills in risk management, planning, and execution
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and drive alignment across teams

Responsibilities include:

    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and roadmaps for timely delivery.
    • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.

    • Manage tasks, resources, and deliverables proactively.
  2. Stakeholder Management and Communication:
    • Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and expectations.
    • Serve as the main contact for project inquiries.

    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  3. Risk, Issue, and Change Management:
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
    • Develop contingency plans and escalate critical risks.
    • Manage changes through a formal process.
  4. Governance and Reporting:
    • Prepare status reports, summaries, and dashboards.
    • Ensure compliance with governance policies.
    • Promote best practices and methodologies.
  5. Resource and Budget Management:
    • Track budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
    • Optimize resources for successful outcomes.
  6. Organizational Change Management and Continuous Improvement:
    • Develop change management plans for stakeholder adoption.
    • Recommend process and tool improvements.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  7. Vendor and Contract Management:
    • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
    • Ensure vendor deliverables meet project and contractual requirements.
