About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing financials, budgets, and forecasting, while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project health.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English, both written and verbal.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).

Requirements

• 6+ Years of experience as Project Manager
• Proven experience managing software development projects.
• Strong background in managing financials, forecasts, and budgets for technology initiatives.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in multicultural or global teams is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana).
