Manage project team members, including overseeing and assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and assessing work product to ensure technical specifications meet operational requirements

o Manage project budget, timeline, issue resolution and risk mitigation

o Ensure internal labor CAPEX is planned for and captured in timehseets

o Deliver a monthly forecast for the year that takes into account actuals.

o Adhere to monthly financial deadlines for Good Receipts, Accruals, and forecasting

o Work with product owner to define product backlog and sprint user stories and acceptance criteria

o Use JIRA/SNOW/Smartsheets to capture the user stories required for the sprint and product backlog

o Conduct Sprint/release planning and finalize the scope of each sprint

o Conduct regular meetings including standup meeting with team members

o Review the daily progress from the team members and ensure deliverables are completed on time

o Conduct functional demos to business teams and obtain sign off on user stories

o Work closely with release teams to ensure release process is followed and fully adhered to.

• Assumes responsibilities as the main client contact leading engagement w/ 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners.
• Develops, assesses, and validates a client’s business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction
• Develops solutions and services to suit client’s business strategy
• Estimates scope and liability for delivery of the end product/solution
• Seeks opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
• Leads an engagement and oversees others’ contributions at a customer end, such that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Drives Proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement; new accounts
• Contributes towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks etc.
• Guides less experienced team members in delivering solutions.
• Leads efforts towards building go-to-market/ off the shelf / point solutions and process smethodologies for reuse
• Creates reusable IP from managed projects
