Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The main purpose of this role is to provide best-in-class project management delivery to initiatives serviced from the Project Management Office Center of Excellence. This role will be responsible for leading governance, performance management, schedule, scope, and cost management of Global S&T GTM priority programs: eB2B, ensuring all deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and benefits are realized.

The eB2B Project Management Sr Associate will establish a standardized project management methodology, transformation processes, and ways of working to unlock speed of execution, increase team efficiency, and enable a one PepsiCo approach to project management delivery. The position will be a critical role in driving a competitive advantage for PepsiCo by capturing greater and faster value delivery for projects. This role will be a strategic thought partner to the executive sponsor, influence senior leader stakeholders, and partner with external stakeholders as needed. It will provide a fast-paced environment with a culture of experimenting, learning, and continuous improvement.

This role will develop a comprehensive understanding of the eB2B program to elevate our Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation, enabling a connected omnichannel experience (PepsiConnect), driving incremental net revenue growth, facilitating digital ordering, and enhancing customer engagement and loyalty platforms.

Your Impact

As Project Management Sr Associate - Global S&T PMO COE, your scope will include:

  • Coordinate program governance, facilitate governance councils, support governance content generation, and perform stage management against exit criteria.
  • Lead performance management including schedule, scope, and cost tracking, status reporting, risk/issue management, post audits, and lessons learned.
  • Manage project scorecard and overall progress/health tracking for sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor change management, value realization, technical deliverables, and facilitate issue/risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate business go-live and deployment.
  • Manage resources, risk, project materials, and gap assessments.
  • Lead schedule management, including roadmap and project schedule development, and change requests.
  • Build and maintain project roadmaps and deliverables in the PPM tool (Clarity).
  • Support scope and cost management, including scope definition, deliverables, and budget changes.
  • Identify and coordinate program interdependencies and risks, along with mitigation plans.
  • Ensure COE project management standards are followed, including methodology, tools, and roles.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and lessons learned sharing between teams.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Consumer and Commercial sectors (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in program/project management, agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred
  • Highly motivated, decisive leader with excellent managerial skills
  • Self-starter capable of managing a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide strategic and detailed analysis to support leadership decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across geographies and functions
  • Global outlook with social and cultural awareness
