The position is based in Cuautitlán Izcalli, México, with a 6-hour daily schedule (8 am–2 pm) and internship running January 18 to December 13, 2027. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor studies in progress in engineering or administration fields.
• Desirable skills: Excel (macros), Power BI, SAP.
• English is at an intermediate level (reading/writing + basic conversations).
• Graduation expected December 2027 or later.
• Availability to work 6 hours/day, Mon-Fri, 8:00–14:00 during the internship.
• Internship period: January 18 – December 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovations.
• Develop tools and methods to support resource planning and project information.
• Prepare information for project closing meetings.
• Monitor delivery dates for spare parts and equipment.
• Ensure data consistency across Planview, Projectplace, SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and maintain documentation.
