Responsible for leading and management of the new product introduction activity at the plant, making the business profitable and meeting commitment dates in a timely manner (pilots, reports, quotes, special projects, etc.). Leading the activities and resources of each Focus Factory, as well as interact with other areas (R&D, EHS, Planning, HR and external).
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Implementation of the Q-Gate Process, avoiding manufacturing risks.
Ensure process documentation for production compliance (Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan, WI, Visual Aid).
Maintain effective communication with colleagues on the plant floor and in other divisions.
Ensure rates and yield.
Provide feedback to the DFMEA process with the design area.
Ensure tooling for the manufacturing process.
Lead the activities of all departments inside and outside the plant.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
3 years of experience.
Proficient in Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance in Wave Solder Machines and Nitrogen Process, Management of measuring instruments.
Programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Wave Solders, PVA, Routers and Programming languages (C, C++ or similar).
Knowledge of Variable speed drives for DC and AC motors, magnetic, photoelectric, capacitive and inductive sensors.
Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings. Mastery of failure analysis in electrical, pneumatic and mechanical control.
Experience and ability to manage Technicians personnel (leadership).
