Main Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for leading a project team and has the authority to suggest product changes in collaboration with Denmark (BUID) and the local organization (BUD).

Key roles include:

1. Leading project engineering efforts in production transfer and product changes.
2. Serving as the contact person in Mexico for production transfers and product changes initiated by Denmark, with authority to create and close change requests (CRs).
3. Informing the team before CR submission for approval.
4. Managing project information flow, setting priorities, and monitoring project status and activities (Scrum).
5. Developing project planning, resolving doubts, and assessing project performance (Lessons Learned).
6. Establishing project organization and work plans, coordinating activities, and rejecting incomplete or unrealistic project requests from Denmark that could affect product quality.
7. Maintaining communication with Denmark and the local organization regarding project progress.
8. Ensuring compliance with procedures, rules, and economic aspects of projects.

EHS Requirements:

Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures, maintain relevant documentation, participate in committees and training, and support compliance with environmental aspects and legal requirements. Be proactive in identifying hazards, responding appropriately, and recommending improvements to EHS performance.

Quality and Regulatory Compliance:

Follow the Quality Assurance System based on ISO 13485 and FDA CGMP regulations.

Education and Experience:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, project management, and transfer areas.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with problem-solving techniques and project environments.
• Familiarity with common computer software packages.
• Training in ISO 14001:2015 and environmental legal requirements.
