Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll drive the successful delivery of rolling stock and depot projects, ensuring alignment with Alstom’s high standards for quality, safety, and performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and operations), oversee project timelines and budgets, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of rolling stock and depot projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.

Driving risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.

Monitoring project performance and implementing continuous improvement measures.

Leading contract negotiations and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

Managing financial performance, including budget control and cost optimization.

Reporting project progress and key performance indicators to senior management.

Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Strong experience or understanding of project management in rolling stock and depot projects is mandatory.

Knowledge of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Familiarity with financial and risk management principles in large-scale projects.

A certification or communication skill: PMP certification or excellent stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Leadership and team management skills.

Resilience to manage complex challenges and deliver results under pressure.
