Magna Powertrain Ramos Arizpe seeks a finance analyst to support the preparation of quotes for new business and ongoing programs. You will deliver solid financial analyses to back competitive choices and align with company financial targets.

The role requires building financial models, managing budgets, and coordinating with global teams to optimize cost control and risk management across multiple projects.

Formación

• 2 years minimum of experience in the automotive industry or equivalent.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and cost accounting.
• Advanced English (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial support for the preparation of quotes for new business and ongoing programs, ensuring solid analyses to back competitive decisions.
• Develop and track financial models, budgets, and cost controls across programs.
• Analyze risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams internationally to align on forecasts.

Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Responsable de proporcionar soporte financiero para la preparación de cotizaciones de negocio nuevo y programas en curso, asegurando análisis financieros sólidos que respalden decisiones comerciales competitivas y el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros de la empresa.

Conocimientos:

• Análisis Financiero de proyectos
• Contabilidad de Costos
• Análisis de riesgos comerciales
• Elaboración de casos de negocios
• Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, macros, modelos financieros)
• Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, M365 Copilot).
• Análisis y presentación de reportes financieros.
• Gestión y priorización de múltiples tareas de forma organizada y eficiente.
• Administración y control de costos
• Elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos.

Experiencia:

• Deseable al menos 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz o equivalente
• Elaboración de modelos financieros
• Formación financiera previa deseable
• Experiencia en contabilidad de costos
• Capacidad para administrar múltiples tareas de forma eficiente
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos internacionales

• Inglés Avanzado (Verbal y escrito)
