ZKW, a global Tier-1 automotive lighting systems supplier, seeks a Project Controller Analyst in Silao to oversee strategic control and financial project tracking. You will validate customer contracts, assess ROI/EBIT/CF, manage budgets, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Strong SAP FI experience and business English are required. This on-site role offers growth within a dynamic team shaping advanced lighting technology.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Experience in SAP FI module.
• Business English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Validate customer contracts.
• Validate project investments.
• Develop cost reduction strategies (ROC, ROS).
• Evaluate profitability (ROI, EBIT, CF).
• Control development hours booking.
• Analyse financial project KPIs (EBIT, CF).
• Analyse monthly project performance reports.
• Validate expenses and investments through internal orders.
• Review material, work cycles and engineering changes by financial impact.
• Handle internal projects.
• Calculate forecast quarterly.
• Plan yearly budget.

Strategic control and financial project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Customer contracts validation.
• Project investments validations.
• Cost reduction strategy development (ROC, ROS).
• Profitability project evaluation (ROI, EBIT, CF).
• Development hours booking control.
• Financial Project KPI Analysis (EBIT, CF).
• Monthly performance report analysis by project.
• Expenses and investments validation and approval through internal orders.
• Material, work cycle and engineering changes review by financial impact valuation.
• Internal project handling.
• Serial revenue reduction calculation due to new awards (RALS).
• Forecast calculation in quarterly basis.
• Budget yearly planing.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Experience in SAP FI module.
• Business English.
