We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Project and Programme Management.

Role Purpose:

This role is within the HSBC Asset Management Business Transformation – Investments (BTI) team. BTI manages the delivery of change initiatives for the HSBC AM Investment function, ensuring effective change management and oversight using group-standard programme governance frameworks and tools.

The role holder will provide business analysis for front office and dealing initiatives. Ideally, the candidate will have trading and fund management skills and be able to define new workflow tools, including integration, testing, and roll-out.

Main Activities:

  1. Gather requirements (functional and non-functional) and define scope.
  2. Document the target Operating Model, Business, and Service models.
  3. Engage with key stakeholders to define and document solution design.
  4. Document process flows and procedures; work with global locations to implement changes.
  5. Build and execute test plans; coordinate user testing and system release and roll-out to global investment teams.
  6. Provide regular status reports to Project and Programme Management.
