Formación

• Advanced Core Banking expertise.
• 10+ years in Core Banking, banking transformation, or related tech consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Analyze existing business processes, systems, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement Core Banking solutions aligned with business objectives.

Descripción del trabajo THE WORK Lead the transformation of banking technology by designing and delivering innovative Core Banking solutions that drive business value and operational excellence. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze current processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and advise on strategic technology initiatives that enable organizations to adapt and thrive in an evolving financial landscape. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will help shape future-state solutions, contribute to large-scale transformation programs, and play a key role in delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, systems, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and implement Core Banking solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Leverage deep industry and functional expertise to support transformation and modernization initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in Core Banking.
• 10+ years of experience in Core Banking, banking transformation programs, or related technology consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Core Banking Architecture.
• Expertise in Data Conversion and Data Migration Management.
• Expertise in Data Migration Planning and execution for large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong experience in Business Process Analysis and process optimization.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
