Sanmina Corporation is seeking personnel in Mexico to support production operations across the manufacturing floor. The role covers line coverage during absenteeism, providing tools, and validating essential documentation to keep processes moving.

Responsibilities include material shortages follow-up, handling repair cards, purges and reworks, and ensuring work systems are applied. You will monitor KPIs and report production plans in a timely manner.

Responsabilidades

• Cover workstation when we have absenteeism.
• Provide work tools for the employees in his workstation.
• Validation of documentation (QCP, HXH, STANDARD SHEET).
• Follow-up to the lack of materials on the line.
• Follow-up to repair cards.
• Follow-up to purges and reworks.
• Ensure the monitoring and application of the implemented work systems.
• Manage the personal resources assigned by the supervisor.
• Keeping KPIs in the goal (SCRAP, JOBS, 5s, Bone Pile).
• Report of the production plan in time.
