The Program Operational Excellence Manager will lead a team in one of the Marketplace fulfillment programs expansion in Mexico. The job requires someone who has a broad view of customer and seller experience and a high willingness to take ownership. You will be responsible for ensuring a world-class Seller experience in one of Amazon’s fastest-growing and highest-impact initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Transportation, Legal, Sales, Seller Support, and external partners to ensure the business's smooth growth and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action, proactively pursue program objectives, possess an analytical mindset for root cause analysis and solutions, and demonstrate good people management skills to contribute to being the world's best employer. You must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and manage ambiguity and competing priorities effectively.
