Formación

Education

Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Finance or Similar.

Experience

8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.

Language

English 90% proficiency.

Knowledge
  • Knowledge of the ISO13485 standard, when it will be carried out for projects.
  • Performance Excellence, Customer Satisfaction.
  • Systems (Oracle, SMART, Office).
  • ISO (process, forms), RMA, Demand, Contracts, QBR, E & O, Offset Inventory, ECO'S.
Responsibilities
  • Lead operational meetings with your CIT.
  • Preparation of Forecast and Analysis of Results.
  • Compliance Board and monitoring of improvements.
  • Review of Program Administrator's responsibilities.
  • Prevention and Continuous Improvement.

Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
