DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in analyzing seller profitability and programs that support this objective. You will own the program success metrics that will raise the bar for seller experience for seller profitability, lead working backwards process for key initiatives, and analyze the financial impact of decisions.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the program metrics and goals to add value to existing seller profitability programs, reducing churn and maximizing adherence.
- Lead the working backwards process for large initiatives, thinking big on how other programs may contribute to seller profitability and success;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payments, Legal, 3P Business) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Fluent in both English and Spanish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
