Responsibilities

• Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology tests, collaborating with business to identify and close new opportunities and pitching innovative solutions.
• Leverage innovation to solve problems and create holistic programs; facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
  
• Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring success through a clear Key Performance Indicator.
  
• Empower customers to understand their cloud usage through visibility, usage statistics, and KPIs, validating recommendations and tracking success.
  
• Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.
