The goal of Amazon’s Global Delivery Strategy Team is to exceed customer expectations by ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries, regardless of order size. We continuously innovate to provide best-in-class service through new products and services.

This role manages stakeholders across logistics channels, including customers and delivery partners. If you have experience in navigating complex situations, strong stakeholder management skills, and are data-driven, this role is suitable for you.

You will primarily track key metrics and action items for Last Mile Operations, such as Payments, Losses, On Road Hours, Strategy Tracking, Driver Experience, Daily Tracking, and Safety/Security Investigations, ensuring all teams are aligned with procedures and focus on customer experience. This position requires managing a large team nationwide, is not virtual, and involves frequent travel. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings during peak times is also necessary.

Qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL skills.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data for improvements.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • 3+ years of end-to-end delivery experience and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and building processes and schedules.
