Sanmina in Mexico, Jalisco seeks a Program Manager 3 to oversee all aspects of programs and serve as the liaison between the company and customers. You will manage customer satisfaction, order delivery, and business issues.

The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to customer contracts and understand how to launch new programs or orders. This position requires a proactive approach to customer management and the ability to direct them toward appropriate products or services.

Overview

Program Manager 3 is responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMAs), and business development.
• Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.
