Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.
  2. English 90%
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Minimum 7 years experience in customer service/program management.
  5. Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
  6. Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
  7. Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
  8. Manages: OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer requests and reports.
  9. Flexibility (able to take calls/meetings out of standard work time).
