Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Program Manager 3 to oversee all aspects of a key program at the site, acting as the liaison between the customer and the company to ensure contract terms are met. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments and manage program scope, schedule, and performance metrics.

The role emphasizes customer management, order fulfillment, revenue achievement, and issue resolution across A/R, E&O, PPV, credit, and RMA processes.

Description

Program Manager 3 Â Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development. Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.
