Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Program Manager 2 to lead complex customer programs at the site. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure contract terms are observed, and safeguard on-time delivery and quality across all program milestones.

In this role you will be the primary site liaison to the customer, manage risk, resolve issues such as A/R and E&O, and identify opportunities to expand Sanmina-SCI offerings with the client.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees customer management, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O issues, PPV, credit, RMAs), and identifies opportunities to expand Sanmina-SCI offerings.

Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development. Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.
