Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an experienced production supervisor to lead assigned lines, drive safety, quality and cost targets, and deliver the daily production plan. You will supervise a unionized workforce, partner with cross-functional teams, and advance Hershey Lean practices to balance immediate needs with people development.

You will contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives while upholding HACCP standards and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or related operations.
• Experience supervising production teams and unionized workforce.
• Experience with TPM, Lean Management, Six Sigma, or comparable manufacturing systems preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant operations by reinforcing environmental, health and safety programs and HACCP requirements.
• Deliver the production plan by managing volume, mix conformance, efficiency and OEE metrics.
• Ensure end-of-shift production information is complete and accurate (finished-product LPNs, rework, waste, downtime).
• Lead workforce administration by reviewing attendance and time-related incidents and maintaining standard crewing.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Maintenance, Sanitation, Quality, Planning, Finance, EHS, Engineering, and HR as applicable.
• Participate in improvement projects across safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity, supporting Autonomous Maintenance.
