Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager, Maintenance to lead progressive maintenance, reliability, and preventive maintenance planning for high‑quality production. You will manage KPIs, coordinate with production and engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement across facilities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance planning in manufacturing, with SAP S/4 expertise and strong English, plus experience supervising contractors and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, industrial machinery, or reliability.
• Experience leading supervisors and managing contractors, budgets, and maintenance KPIs.
• Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, electrical safety, LOTO, GMP, calibration, and drives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Progressive Maintenance program and preventive/corrective maintenance planning.
• Drive equipment reliability by analyzing failures and coordinating rapid restoration of operations.
• Manage assigned OPEX and vendor spend and support accurate financial close.
• Oversee instrumentation, electrical maintenance, utilities, and spare-parts processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, calibration, and audit requirements.
