Responsabilities

• Accomplish with the week production plan defined per materials department.
• Ensure compliance with plant objectives with internal and external customers by following quality system procedures.
• Lead A3 analyses with the multidisciplinary team to solve problems that affect KPIs.
• Maintain a good work environment in your area.
• Lead/participate in shop floor management meetings level 3.
• Know and actively participate in the Health, Safety and Environment system.
• Work under pressure with a focus on problem solving.
• Have knowledge in the Engineering and quality departments.

Required Skills & Experience

• One year of experience in personnel management in the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing metrics: Safety, quality, delivery, scrap, efficiency.
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques (A3, 8Ds, Fishbone, etc.)
• Use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Negotiation skills.
• People management.
• Professionalism.
