Formación

What You Will Do:

• This position supervises a team of support and/or production level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
• The OPS TL will lead the RTPR meetings, monitors, and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individuals members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.
• Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.
• Actively involved in real-time problem resolution, evaluates progress, and results and determines improvements that may be needed in operating procedures or objectives.
• Leader will be full supportive about company values, employee philosophies and Lean manufacturing.
• Performs role with minimum supervision and exceptional results.
• Efficiently communicate both English and Spanish both in person and in reports/via email.
  
  

Qualifications You Must Have:

• A University Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace)
• 5 years as Team Leader or similar position
• Hands-on experience leading or participating in Lean initiatives

• Experience Leading Projects
• Personnel management
• Ability to develop recovery plans, Result oriented and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide direction of technical and complex issues to support personnel.
• Proficient conversational and written English required.
• Available to work in 1st or 2nd shift.
