VTECH in Tecate, Mexico is seeking a second shift production supervisor to oversee the speaker box assembly and finishing lines in accordance with the production plan. You will lead a team, ensure materials and support are available, and coordinate with other departments to hand off to the next shift.

The role requires 3+ years as a production supervisor in manufacturing (woodworking or acoustic assembly preferred), an engineering degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with

The manufacturing plant is located in Tecate, Mexico, and produces a wide range of wood enclosure loudspeakers with sizes up to dual 21" drivers.

Main Function:

The second shift supervisor ensures the follow-up of the production plan for the speaker boxes by following the work plan:

1. Supervises daily operations in speaker box assembly and finishing.
2. Instructs their teams in charge and ensures they have the supplies they require, in addition to supporting supervisory activities for the departments to deliver the next shift's production according to the production plan.

• English Advanced
• Availability to work 2nd shift Monday to Wednesday, 6:30 pm to 6:30 am, and Thursday, 6:30 pm to 12:30 am.
• Minimum of 3 years as a production supervisor in manufacturing, ideally in woodworking, furniture, or acoustic product assembly, or any other assembly.
• Engineering degree or related.
• Prior experience managing personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing. Woodworking or related processes.
