The ideal candidate should have a technical degree, experience in production processes, and skills in leadership and negotiation. Formación

• Technical degree or background in production processes required.
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards and SAP (basic level).
• Skills in leadership, conflict management, and negotiation expected.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with production plan and monitor batch production standards.
• Manage operational staff leave and disciplinary actions.
• Develop response plans for out-of-spec parts as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper monitoring of the program and batch production standards in each process.
• Implement production within specified parameters for each piece as per identified processes in the area.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan.
• Manage feedstock requirements as per the requisitions and storage components of the area.
• Maintain product quality according to customer requirements.
• Develop response plans if necessary (e.g., for out-of-spec parts).
• Apply the 5S methodology within your workspace.
• Support staff training programs under the ILUO system.
• Identify and communicate problems within your area to your supervisor and propose improvements.
• Manage operational staff leave, holidays, and disciplinary actions, and report issues during work hours.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or background in production processes.
• Knowledge of processes and product requirements.
• Understanding of productivity and human capital management.
• Conflict management and effective negotiation skills.
• Leadership development and empowerment skills.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 standards, and SAP (basic level).
