Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing production personnel and shop floor operations; strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of waste analysis and process optimization.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Familiarity with shop floor management systems and production control documentation.
• Strong experience in process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production management activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Apply and promote the Donaldson Manufacturing System across the operation.
• Monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs.
• Use PDCA to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement tactical production plans aligned with objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardized work.
• Coordinate shop floor activities ensuring compliance with standards.
• Lead personnel development, coaching, and training initiatives for production teams.
