Koch Engineered Solutions in Apodaca, Mexico, is seeking Production Supervisors to lead a manufacturing team at our Koch-Glitsch facility. You will guide, coach, and mentor staff, develop production schedules aligned with demand, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor progress, address bottlenecks, implement scheduling tools, analyze data for improvements, and contribute to our culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Must demonstrate leadership experience developing individuals and teams.
• Experience creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and priorities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.

• Lead a team of manufacturing professionals with guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand, resources, and capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and schedule production orders based on requirements and available resources.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive steps to address issues affecting schedule adherence.
• Implement and maintain scheduling tools and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and productivity gains.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
