Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Juarez Automotive team. You will oversee multiple processes/lines in a highly technical setting, lead a team of professionals, and collaborate with engineers to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
You’ll evaluate daily plant performance and drive improvements, coach operators, and support project proposals with technical input. Experience supervising production in an automotive or harnesses-related environment is desirable.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Juarez Automotive. Reporting to the Director, Operations the Production Supervisor’s role involves:
Responsible for producing several processes/lines in a highly technical environment. Lead a team comprising individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsive requirements. Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality. Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability. Receives and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and works with qualified engineers to develop project proposals. Provides technical/operational advice to project teams. May act as principal interface between the operation team. May train and coach junior operators. Experience in Harnesses (desirable).
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements. Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects. Assist in department budget planning and manage department expenses. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with standards.
