Responsibilities – Production Supervisor
- Control our production operations. You will ensure that manufacturing follows a smooth, efficient, and quality-driven process by supervising employees and organizing workflows.
- Propose and execute the production schedule according to the required delivery plan.
- Enforce and ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety procedures.
- Provide the required number of personnel and resources to meet product specifications.
- Document and review inventory along with production records.
- Enforce and supervise safety measures.
- Oversee the production process from start to finish and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a healthy working relationship among staff members.
- Quickly identify and investigate operational or manufacturing issues and recommend effective action plans.
- Provide training to the Production team.
Requirements – Production Supervisor
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the medical device or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills, especially when leading production meetings and collaborating with Engineering, Planning, Quality Control, and other departments.
- Ability to perform capacity analysis and generate reports in response to production scheduling inquiries.
- Lead production meetings focused on productivity metrics, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in interpreting production schedules, materials handling, and making process adjustments.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MS Access, Word, and Excel.
Preferred:
- Lean Manufacturing certification (e.g., Green Belt) or coursework in DMAIC, 5S, and Kaizen.
- APICS certification is a plus.
- Valid B1/B2 Visa for travel to the United States
