PPG in Tepexpan, Estado de México, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead packaging operations. You will plan, coordinate and supervise packaging lines, ensure on-time production and adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s in chemical or industrial engineering, 3+ years in chemicals, rotating shifts, and intermediate English. Health and life insurance benefits are included.

• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Plan each stage of every process in the packaging area to ensure products are packaged on time and to the required quality standards, guaranteeing compliance with the daily packaging schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise the various packaging lines, ensuring the correct use and operation of process equipment according to established parameters, standards, and procedures, and respecting quality, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of training initiatives for associated personnel, designing and executing training plans that promote excellence in productivity, compliance with safety protocols, and efficient management of corporate resources.
• Implement and maintain sustainability and workplace safety protocols, ensuring compliance with safety standards and conditions in the area to minimize and control risks and hazards in a timely manner.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the comprehensive management and ensuring the operational efficiency of the production process through strategic oversight and systematic optimization of human and material resources, applying the corporate operational excellence model. You will ensure strict compliance with established regulations and procedures regarding industrial safety and quality management, with the aim of achieving the packaging program objectives and contributing to the attainment of the organization's strategic goals.

You will work LI-Onsite reporting to the production lead in our plant located in Tepexpan.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan each stage of every process in the packaging area to ensure products are packaged on time and to the required quality standards, guaranteeing compliance with the daily packaging schedule.

Qualifications
