Formación

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Verify that the personnel have the safety equipment applicable to their process.
• Verify that the safety protocols established by the organization are followed at all times.
• Plan, Execute, Follow Up and Evaluate the plan to ensure that it is fulfilled every day.
• Supervise production orders and their compliance on a daily and weekly basis.
• Solve any problems that may arise during the production process, ensuring that the system returns to normal as soon as possible.
• Review the inventory stock level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the position of 3 to 5 years.
• Availability to roll shifts
• PC management (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Ability to coordinate work teams
• Ability to solve problems
