FORVIA is seeking a Production Supervisor in Puebla, Mexico to drive Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets within designated production groups. You will set targets, implement improvement plans, and track results while leading a team in problem-solving initiatives and workshops to enhance production performance.

Beyond performance, you will manage personnel issues, ensure proper team development, and uphold HSE standards to create a safe, compliant working environment.

Formación

• Associate's degree in engineering with a Production specialization.
• 1–3 years of production experience, preferably automotive.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Operational level of English.

As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of our designated groups. Your responsibilities will include setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking results to drive continuous improvement. You'll also lead your team in problem-solving initiatives and facilitate workshops to enhance quality improvement methods.
Your role extends beyond performance management – you'll also be responsible for handling personnel issues, ensuring proper team management, and fostering individual development within your team. Safety is paramount, and you'll work diligently to maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, intervening when necessary to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.
