Job Summary

This position provides leadership and supervision in daily operations, focusing on productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and Employee Health Safety programs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coach and support team members.
2. Communicate daily with teams, supervisors, and departments.
3. Assign work according to production schedules and organize activities on the production/assembly line to meet deadlines.
4. Monitor housekeeping and safety issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
5. Ensure adherence to environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards.
6. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
7. Prepare and manage the department budget.
8. Enforce policies and procedures; apply disciplinary actions when necessary.
9. Maintain production reports and records, taking corrective actions when needed.
10. Coordinate maintenance and engineering needs.
11. Conduct inventory analysis.
12. Order and purchase equipment or materials for production.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, or 3-5 years of experience in production supervision.
• At least 2 years of industry experience.
